变得更好了吗？

以前的我是一个令人又敬又畏的一个领导。这是因为在我旗下的员工几乎在工作上是忙到连休息的时间都没有，更加不用讲是私人时间。这全都是因为我是一个非常认真的一个领导。我的心里面只有一个目标，就是要做到全公司第一，而且还要以超人的业绩取胜。那时候的我根本不理会我的下属的感受，我只是觉得只要他们能月入丰厚，他们就会感激我，感谢我。不过，我的想法错了。他们不但一点也不感激我，甚至在背后说谁跟了我，就注定要受苦。因为我是一个不近人情的领导，是冷血的，一点休息的时间也不会给下属，根本就是为了自己而累死人的。对于这个指责，我真的觉得很委屈 :( 为什么呢？我也是和他们一样没得休息，他们做几个小时，我也是。为了让他们赚到丰厚的收入，我牺牲了我的休息时间，牺牲了和家人的欢乐时光，对他们更是虚寒问暖。最后他们赚了钱，我却得到一个冷血的封号，太伤人了，不是吗？

现在的我，是一个善解人意的领导。我不再积极的推我的下属到达最高的业绩。不想以前那样，我会逼我的下属不停的工作，积极地工作，如果不能到达最高业绩，就没有资格休息。现在的我比较顺着他们的意识，只要他们没有那个自动的心要赚很多的钱，我都不会逼他们。但是，我会通过各种的管道来慢慢的引导他们自动自发。虽然如此的做法比较的到下属的欢心，但到达最高业绩的时间却拉长了。有时候甚至无法到达，然道这就是通融的代价吗？有时候我真的问我自己，我如此的变化，真的比较好了吗？我的下属没有了工作的压力，也比较喜欢我了，但是却赚比较少钱了，自身的自我升级，进度也比较慢了！然道这样的情况对他们来讲，真的比较好吗？

其实我应该听我的师傅说的一句话，“如果你要成为一个一直往上爬的领导，那你就注定要越来越寂寞”。但我不喜欢寂寞，我喜欢大家一起开开心心的。我想这就是令我的领导路程遇到瓶颈的原因吧？好了，我想我应该不要想太多了，就做我应该做的。无论怎样的变化，只要不伤害到人和帮到人，就可以了，不是吗？

漂浮在大海

最近真的感觉在工作上蛮烦的.觉得自己越来越不知道要从工作上得到什么了?那种感觉真的就好像漂浮在大海中,不知要往哪一个码头靠岸? 其实我的工作也不是不顺利, 反而是做到越来越好, 但是却因为无法赚到我想要的钱,所以我对目前的工作真的感觉有点没心了.有时候人拥有正面的思想,凡是都往好的一方面去想,去看是一件好事.但是,当你太过正面的思想的时候,其实是在骗着自己,也也许会因为如此而浪费了应该可以赚到钱的时间.其实我每次都觉得我赚不到钱,但当我和身边的人比较的时候,我赚的钱又比他们多呀 !我想应该是我心目中认为赚到钱的数额太大吧？其实，平凡真的会是一种幸福吗？可是为什么我却感觉不到平凡的幸福呢？我拥有鸿鹄之大志，然而却觉得怀才不遇，是不是我本身的问题呢？也许我根本就没有我所认为我拥有的才华呢？为什么拥有大志的人，都会有不定性的性格呢？是不是我们急于求成而无法脚踏实地呢？其实现在的工作可以赚到钱的，但就是每次都会临门缺一角，功败垂成，是不是我的方法错了呢？看吧，才写了几段话，我就有了这么多的问号，我想我真的是有如漂浮在大海了 :( 不行了，如果再不找到码头靠岸的话，也许我这一条船就会因为经不起风浪而沉没了！千里马也需要伯乐，我应该去加强我自己，去听一些高人前辈的教诲了。如果一直漂浮在大海，何时我才能归家呢？与其一直要环境，人事来配合我，倒不如我去配合他们，也许这就能令所有的问号迎刃而解了！大海，我一定会脱离你的。。上天，请你赐我力量，给我信心，让我乘风踏浪直捣目的地，不要再漂浮在大海了。。

新环境

每个人换新的工作环境的时候,应该都会害怕吧?那种害怕不是真的害怕,而是一种无法形容的不安情绪.整个人就好像变得很空洞,不知应该做些什么才能安抚不安的情绪?在这个时候,整个思绪充满了许多的问号.开始会想新的环境会是怎样的?新的同事好不好？能不能胜任新的工作任务？可不可以达到新的业绩标准等等。。我们心里面很想安定下来，也不停的告诉自己不要紧张，不要担心，但是一点也没用。那不安的情绪就好像鬼魅一样，一直跟随左右，怎样也摆脱不了。人就是这样，还没换新环境的时候，就非常的想换。肯定能换的时候，心情就非常的兴奋，也非常的自豪。到了要正式去新环境的时候，就显得不知所措，魂不守舍。还有的就是，这时候也会开始想自己是不是做了对的决定？也开始觉得其实自己现在的工作环境也不错呀。看吧，我们人就是如此的矛盾。但，也不是每一个人都是这样的，一些比较头脑简单的人，一开始到新环境的时候，就充满冲劲，心情异常的兴奋,也非常自信自己能做的非常的好！这证明了智者千虑，必有一失，愚者千虑，必有一得的道理。有时候，简单一点还是比较好。要不然我们就会把简单的事情给复杂化。新的环境，新的开始，新的里程碑，新的展望，新的气象，还在游魂的你，应该回魂了!那么你就可以在新的环境大展宏图了!

Great speech from our former prime minister

Today i just attended our bank's third quarter sales review seminar. We have a very special VVIP guest today to give us a talk on regarding financial & leadership. This special VVIP guest is our former prime minister, his excellency of Tun Dato Sri Dr Mahathir. Upon his arrival, everyone of us are standing with non stop applause to welcome his arrival. Some even shout "Tun, I love you". His popularity is beyond my expectation. Our CEO of the bank even said this,"I meet many people in my life, but i never meet someone who not respect our Tun"

His excellency Tun Dato Sri Dr Mahathir really earn my full respect. I can said he is my idol. I am so admire his leadership and also his life spirit. Guys, he is at age 84 but still look very younger & healthy. In addition to this, he still can walk very fast and talk very smooth and clear.Everyone of us are pay fully attention for his speech.

On his speech, Tun tell us this,"The secret of success is discipline & timing".He said if we can't discipline our self, we are not able to deliver result at the end of the days.Discipline is very important to help you posses right attitude towards your life & your work. Someone with good discipline & attitude will not easily defeated by problems & obstacles. This is because whenever there is a problem in front you, there must be a solution waiting for it also. If you are discipline enough in anticipating yourself on what you should do, eventually the solution will come to you. Tun also mentioned that TIMING is a very essential element of success as well. Besides catching the right timing of doing things so that you won't lost the golden opportunities in front of you. But you also need to become someone who are very punctual at all time regardless whatever function you need to attend or whatever things you need to do. Someone with timing trustworthy always earn people respect & confidence towards you. Therefore, if you want people to trust & rely on you, you must be someone who always punctual & also appreciate time. This actually show your responsibility towards the things you do as well. Tun give us a tips, always adjust your watch to 15 minutes faster so that you will not late for any appointment later.

I will remember the advice from Tun and apply it in my life. I strongly believe that this is the secret of success. Thanks to Tun and perhaps you continue living in happily & healthy.

You are failed because you give up

In this world, there is no failure. If today you are failed, this is mainly because you are actually give up on the things you doing. Just imagine that you back to those days that you learn how to drive a bicycle during your kid's time. How many times are you fall down on the learning process? I am very sure that you fall down many times, right? If today you know how to drive a bicycle, this is because you never GIVE UP during the learning process regardless how many times you fall down. But if today you still don't know how to drive a bicycle, I am very sure that it is because you GIVE UP during the learning process.No pain, no gain. The more obstacles you solve, you'll be more SUCCESS in your life.

In our life, we always face problems. We also like to make complaints on the things that around us as well. But, we never complaint ourselves. We like to put all blames on our environment, company, boss, parents, friends, and etc. Therefore, this stupid behavior cause 98% of people in this world encounter failure. They are failed because this stupid behavior cause them give up on the things they doing whenever they face problems or obstacles. What happened to the rest of 2% peoples? They are those who enjoy success with NEVER GIVE UP spirit.

Let me asked you all a question. If you are born with no hands & legs, what will you do? Do you think that without hands & legs you still can do surfing on the sea? Swimming on the pool? And golfing at the field? I am very sure that your answer is NO, isn't it? But, today I am going to show you a miracle with the video below. This is a real story of someone who born with no hands & legs and yet he still can live happily without giving up his life. Ya..he is the one who born with no hands & legs but he can swim, golf, surf and etc. I couldn't believe it until i watch the video below. 成功公式

今早读了安东尼的书,发现了他所提及的成功公式.突然间,我顿所领悟..我觉得他所说的成功公式,对极了... 以下就是必定成功方式的步骤:

1. 确定什么是你想要的
2. 拿出行动
3. 注意哪些做法有效,哪些做法没效
4. 改变做法,直到达成你想要的 

许多人都是不确定什么才是他们想要的,所以他们都努力在错的方向了.举个例子,如果你的目的地是要去槟城,而你却很努力的往柔佛州前进，你又怎能达到目的地呢？所以，在你行动之前，好好的确定你想要的是什么。唯有搞清楚了，那么才能发挥到最大的效果。。 

当你已经确定了你要的是什么，这个时候，你也只是想想而已。因此，马上行动在这个时候是最重要的。要不然，你只会成为一个满腔抱负，却只是发白日梦，空幻想的一个家伙。没马上行动的你，到最后也只是一事无成。行动的开始是最难的，然而当你踏出行动的第一步过后，一切也就顺风顺水了。所有的问题，恐惧，也就迎刃而解。

在我们迈向成功的过程里，我们所付出的行动一定会面对许多问题和挫折。而这时候的我们往往都只是会往问题里转而不冷静下来想想解决的方案。试想想，如果你已经面对问题了，而你还一直在问题上再加上许多问题，不是把问题更加的复杂化了吗？所以，这个时候的你，一定要好好的冷静注意一下你现在的做法，哪些是有效，而哪些是无效的？记住，千万不要把精神浪费在无效的做法里面。如果你是这样，你肯定失败。因为时间就是金钱呀。只要你能掌握正确的做法，你一定可以节省很多时间，做事也比较有效力。成功率也会相等的提高。还怕会失败吗？


成功最介意你不能变通。俗语说，穷则变，变则通。只要你具备变通的能力，哪怕碰到问题呢？每一个毒药，都有它的解药。也许现在有些毒药还没有解药，但只是还没有找到，并不是没有。因此，只要你不懈的努力寻找，不停的变通去尝试不同的方法，你就一定能成功找到解药。一个能变通的人，也是一个具备创意的人。而这样的人，肯定能成功。因为，他一定能在一片的红海里，找到创新的蓝海策略。所以，不断地改变方法，直到达到你想要的，是成功不可缺少的要素。
